Bitlocker key – https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

If the https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey gives you error then it might be that your onedrive account is locked/full.

• You can try this – open onedrive.live.com and login
• Check if your account is not locked/full
• If so delete some files or but additional storage
• After that wait until onedrive unlocks
• Then try to generate recovery key

Some people waited minutes, some event 18 hours. Be patient. Wait some hours and check again.

Then if it won’t work you should contact microsoft support – it worked for many people I know
